A Travel Agency for Those Who Seek Adventure
Allow me to plan your adventures!
Allow me to plan your adventures!
Congratulations! You are committed to planning your next adventure and the Red Headed Rebel Travel Company couldn't be more excited to plan your custom getaway.
Prior to any booking, we will have a discovery call, email, or video call to discuss your plans. We will go over the basics of your trip: Destination, Budget, Number of Travelers, and dates. We will also dive a bit deeper so I can create the right itinerary for you. What level of resort are you looking for? Do you want to cook your own meals or be served beach-side by a private butler? Would you like to explore on your own, with a small group, or have a private guide? Are you adventurous? Would you prefer gliding over the ocean, or reading a book in a hammock? We will get to know one another which is key to designing the perfect vacation for you!
Once we discuss your ideal vacation, RHR will take that information and research some wonderful options for you, This process takes about one week. You will receive formal quotes with suggestions based on your preferences and availability to work within your budget. From there, we will work until your vacation is complete.
After you place a deposit on your trip, you will receive a formal itinerary from RHRtc. Two to three weeks before you head out, RHRtc will confirm all of your reservations, make excursion suggestions for your destination, and send you all the necessary documents for your vacation, including destination contacts should you need assistance.
To design your vacation, RHRtc charges a $185 non-refundable research fee. You will save valuable time by trusting RHRtc with your research and planing, and you will benefit from my experience and travel partnerships throughout the world.

Booking is open for the upcoming holiday season. Make sure you are not left out in the cold!
We will keep you up to date on Covid-19 travel restrictions and procedures. Many countries outside of the United States still require some form of negative test for entry procedures.

My job is to take away all of your headaches and worries out of planning your trip. I take on the hours of research and planning!
Absolutely! I will work my magic within any and all realistic budgets, and an honest sharing of ideas and goals helps us immensely when making recommendations and suggested edits to travel plans.
Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance companies we carry.
Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans.

No. We have access to all the same pricing for resorts as the online booking sites do and we can price-match online booking engine pricing when comparing apples to apples.
In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that are not offered to the general public.
No! The deposit requirements are set by the resorts and the tour operators we book through. Deposit rates vary based on the resort or package you select, and the time you are traveling.
The deposit is made via RHR Travel directly with the resort or tour operator. At no time does RHR Travel ever charge your credit card. This way, you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking.
Most vacation packages require that you pay the balance 45 days prior to your arrival. Again, that payment is made directly to the supplier.
Here at RHR Travel, we can book with any company, but our specialties focus on traveling with children (DISNEY, Universal Studios, Nickelodeon, Lego land), Historical Trips (Europe), Beach Destinations, Australia, South America, Africa, Antarctica, and Cruise adventures.
At RHR Travel Co, we pride ourselves on providing a professional experience. This fee guarantees our efforts are paid for the excellent services provided. As a service industry provider, think of us as another industry you use, such as a hairdresser, or tattoo artist.
Don't you get paid a commission? Our commission rates are very low and sometimes aren't paid out for over 18 months in some cases.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.

I spent the past twenty years as a high school English teacher. Throughout my entire life I have enjoyed traveling and helping others plan their vacations. After a terrifying auto accident, I stepped away from the education field and found my love of travel once more. Now I have the pleasure of showing my son around the world!
I was bitten by the travel bug at a very young age. My parents and grandparents would take my brother and I on road/plane trips across country. During the past 40+ years, I have traveled to 40 states, over 15 countries,
4 continents and resided in Germany.
I have too many places to list as my "favorite". Each destination has their own special feature and uniqueness to them. The English countryside brings a sense of history and peace, while the beaches of Rio in Brazil are packed full of life.
